Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Dolomiti eyewear. If your frames aren’t the right fit or style for you, we’re here to help make the return process simple and straightforward.


14-Day Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging, cases, and accessories

Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for refund.


Free Return Shipping (U.S.)

We offer free return shipping on eligible U.S. orders.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label so you can send your order back easily.


Exchanges

If you would like a different frame or color, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order once the return has been approved.

This helps ensure the fastest processing and product availability.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
