To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of use or damage may not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order details and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
