We stand behind the quality of our eyewear and offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6–12 months from the date of purchase.
If you experience any issues related to manufacturing defects, please contact our support team with your order details and clear photos of the product. Our team will review the request and provide assistance as quickly as possible.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper handling, misuse, normal wear and tear, scratches on lenses, or unauthorized repairs. Any modifications made to the product may also void the warranty.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we may offer a repair, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.
Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to warranty claims unless otherwise specified.
