Order Processing
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days.
Prescription eyewear may require additional processing time depending on the prescription, lens options, and customization selected. If additional time is needed, we’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
U.S. Shipping
Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Returns
We offer free return shipping on eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery.
If your frames aren’t the right fit or style for you, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label to make the return process simple and hassle-free.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Prescription lens orders may have different return eligibility due to customization.

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.

Prescription Orders
Prescription eyewear is custom-made specifically for you and undergoes additional inspection and quality-control steps before shipment.
To ensure the best optical performance, we may contact you to confirm prescription details, PD measurements, or lens selections before production begins.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Shipping Protection
All orders are carefully packaged to protect your eyewear during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product so we can assist you promptly.
