The Dolomiti Eyewear DM7S sunglasses model is handmade in Italy, and is specifically designed for people looking for a very small eye size, either for fashion, or because you have a strong prescription and want to minimize the lens edge thickness.  The DM7 Skull eyeglasses model features a 33mm eye size with regular skull temples, and is also available with cable temples.  The overall frame width is 124mm.
